The association aims to bring together as many as possible HOB's with a view renewing old friendships and having a good reunion weekend break every two years.
Objectives of the Association...
i. To foster esprit-de-corps and comradeship amongst old boys.
ii. To maintain and further the prestige and dignity of the Arborfield Army Apprentice School and Colleges.
iii. To assist old comrades who may have fallen on hard times
The Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) Association is a body of ex-army servicemen. The group is here to foster and promote comradeship between its members and those that are still serving.
The Royal British Legion safeguards the welfare, interests and memory of those who are serving or who have served in the Armed Forces. They are one of the UK’s largest membership organisations and recognised as custodians of Remembrance. They also run the annual Poppy Appeal.
The Armourers' Company was founded in 1322 and has occupied the same site in the City of London since 1346. The Company is now one of the leading charities in the UK supporting metallurgy and materials science education from primary school to postgraduate levels. The company hires out the various rooms in the beautiful Armourers' Hall, which is a stunning blend of 16th and 17th century armour and paintings. A superb and unique location for any function.
For 65 years the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) has worked tirelessly to provide support to serving soldiers, former soldiers and their families in times of need.

THE CANAL ZONERS is the Association formed for those who served in the Suez Canal Zone of Egypt and in the surrounding areas at any time, with the emphasis on the 1940’s and 1950’s and re-unites amongst others those who have seen the Great Bitter Lakes, the Sweet Water Canal, Geneifa, Fayid, Moascar, TEK, El Kantara and the many other camps and stations which are now just a memory, albeit pleasant.
The Aim of RAOConLine Forum is to foster comradeship between those who served in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps of all Ranks, Trades, Ages and Gender, Including those former RAOC Members still serving. RAOConLine Forum is FREE for all to view and only requires a simple on-line FREE registration to enable you to reply to or post new messages The Forum is paid for by Voluntary Donations.
