We are a non-profit organisation and fund all of our activities through donations from our members. Annual Dinner Debate

In response to our deliberations over the cost and location of the venue for our Annual Reunion Dinner, one of our members has anonymously donated £500 and asked that the dinner venue remains as the VSC for the next reunion. The committee has accepted this most generous offer from an Ex Carlisle Apprentice. They also feel that it would be an ideal opportunity for the membership to debate future dinner venues at a formal AGM to be held at the VSC during the afternoon prior to the dinner.

Arrangements have been made to secure the VSC for the next Annual Reunion and members are urged to attend and voice their opinion. Any change in venue must be supported with a viable venue both from the cost point of view and maximum attendance by members.

Details of the reunion will be published in the next news letter, which is due for circulation in the spring of 2012

It's now up to you to have your say and you can best do this by attending the next reunion, so please make sure that you put Saturday 1 September 2012 in your diary now.
